Shipping Within Canada
We offer nationwide shipping through trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the USA
We ship to all U.S. states. Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes charged at the border.

Product Handling
Our mini donuts and toppings are packaged to maintain freshness during transit. All packages are shipped ambient. Please unpack and store products promptly in your freezer upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at support@pudgyboys.com with your order number and photos so we can assist quickly.

Incorrect Addresses
Pudgyboy’s is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
