How do I start selling Pudgyboy's Mini Donuts?
Selling Mini Donuts is easy, simply make sure you have an air fryer, mini donut oven (conveyor), oven, or fryer. Then place an order and begin offering hot and fresh Mini Donuts to your customers.
How much does it cost to get started?
There are no set up fees. The only costs are the investment in the actual inventory that you will be selling!
How are the Mini Donuts shipped?
All shipping is done via UPS. If you own a larger chain of stores, please contact us. We distribute to multi unit partners via major frozen distribution partners such as DOT foods, Sysco, GFS.
Are the Mini Donuts shipped frozen?
The Mini Donuts are shipped directly to you via UPS at ambient temperature, and when they arrive at your location, your staff will place them in the freezer. We offer frozen shipping by the pallet (60 cases per pallet). Contact us for pallet pricing: orderdesk@donutexpress.ca
How do we store the Mini Donuts?
Mini Donuts and Mini Churros are both stored in the freezer. DO NOT STORE IN THE FRIDGE. This will dry out the product and will substantially decrease its end result taste. The Mini Donuts, depending on the temperature of the room, will stay good for 5-7 days at room temperature, if you take out of the freezer.
It is important that if you are using a deep fryer with canola oil, that you ONLY fry from frozen.
How do we prepare the Mini Donuts for customers?
Air fryer : From Frozen at 400°F for 2-3 minutes
Conveyor Oven : From Thawed at Medium Heat (~350-375°F) at Medium Speed (this will vary based on equipment models).
Convection Oven : From Thawed at Medium Heat (~350-375°F) for 3-5 minutes.
Convection Oven : From Frozen at Medium Heat (~350-375°F) for 7-9 minutes.
Fryer (Canola Oil) : From Frozen at 350-375°F) for 1 minute.
We do not recommend using microwaves.
How quickly can we get set up and start selling?
Shipping time ranges from 1-7 days depending on your location! As soon as you receive product, you can begin selling.
If I order in bulk can I get a better price?
We do volume disocounts starting at 60+ cases. Please contact us directly for a quote.
What flavours can we offer our customers?

Can I offer the Mini Donuts and the Mini Churros at the same time?
Of course! They are very different products and they both sell well, even when side by side on display.
Note: mini churros can only be prepared in an air fryer or deep fryer from frozen, as they need to be able to get a tasty crisp on the outside for the classic churro crunch!
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Shipping takes 1-7 days depending on your location. If you need product sooner, say in an emergency scenario. Please contact us and we can arrange expedited shipping for an additional fee.
You will be updated with UPS tracking # once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Are the Mini Donuts pre-cooked?
Yes, our Mini Donuts and Mini Churros are both pre-fried, and ready for your to simple heat and serve.
Am I able to use my existing equipment to prepare them?
We encourage this! Why spend more money when you already have the equipment.

Do you offer exclusivity to sell the brand within my area?
We do not offer any exclusivity.
Do you charge a licensing fee to use the Pudgyboy's brand?
We do not charge any licensing fees.
Do I have to have an existing business to sell Pudgyboy's?
It is recommended, it will make it easier for you to implement the program. But if you do not currently have an existing business, you can do very well selling Mini Donuts and Mini Churros at events and community events accross your town, city or region.
Do you offer Pudgyboy's Branded food carts, trailers, or trucks that we can purchase?
